    It falls under immigrant visas to all African counties even the Netherlands. We all know it’s originally under non immigrant visa category but when your case is ready for interview it falls under immigrant visa category

    Hello everyone- DS-160 completed last week. My case is ready for interview in Accra Ghana. We tried to pay the visa fee and schedule the embassy interview on the site www.usvisaappt.com as directed from ustraveldocs. K1 is not listed under immigrant visas even though it falls under non immigrant visas therefore I cannot move beyond choosing a visa category. Is anyone else having this issue? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as our approved petition expires tomorrow. Thank you in advance.

    I’ve been trying to look for K-1 visa category under immigrant Visa but can’t find K-1 fiance category. Any one having payment and scheduling issues with K-1 please in Accra Ghana
