Just to clarify: "City of Residence" They literally just want the city? Not city and state? My mother has a common name AND lives in a city of which there appear to be at least 10 of in the US with the same name. Also, my father is deceased, so just list the town he was in when he died? Or should I list the town the graveyard is in? 😁 I'm asking because the form I downloaded doesn't allow any symbols. I've seen advice to put "Town (Deceased)" in the box, but the form won't let me put Parentheses or Commas (such as between city and state). Maybe just "Deceased"? Thanks for the clarification!

Filling this idiot form out and not sure which person they're asking about. On page 9 of the form it asks for "Biographic Information". Is that for the US Citizen or for the Alien? I honestly find terms like "petitioner" and "beneficiary" confusing. Pretty sure I benefit from having my fiancé in the country. Why would they need my information? Kinda weird. Anyway..... Thanks for the clarification.
