    The beneficiary got a tourist visa to visit family members.

    The petitioner is a US citizen. The beneficiary a parent holding an active B1/B2 visa and is currently in the US when the I-130 petition got approved last week.

    With Trump's visa restrictions for Nigerian citizens and other countries, if a petitioner files I-485 for a Nigerian citizen after the visa restrictions started, will the petition be processed and approved or will it be blocked due to the restrictions on Nigerian citizens?
