Hi. Can anyone help me? US Citizen petitioned daughter under I-130. Will submit I-864 now but petitioner was on medical leave and had no income for one year. Petitioner and spouse are in the same household and are filing a joint income tax return. What do I put on the I-864 under income if petitioner did not have income for one year? Does husband need to file I-864A? The joint income of husband and wife is above the poverty guideline. I hope someone can help. I would appreciate any helpful response. Thank you.
