    Yes, I'm the petitioner. I think they requested biometrics from me due to an expunged juvenile criminal record that I disclosed on my form I-129F.

    My NOA1 date is 5/9/2025, and I went to my biometrics appointment on 1/6/2026... 8 weeks later and no updates yet
