  1. Hello everyone 🙂 ! My husband (US citizen) and I (spanish citizen) are planning on doing a DCF for an I130 petition. I have a question though, on my birth certificate my first name has the letter "c" but i have always written my name without the "c" like in my ID card, passport, bank accounts, taxes documents, my jobs, my schools, doctors, my linkedin, flat leasing contract, everything really etc. The only documents with the "c" in my name are my birth certificate, my mariage certificate, my babys birth certificate and my national health card . Why ? I think because these 3 documents followed how my first name is written on my birth certificate. Plus, everyone write my name without the "c" including my family. I don't really remember how and why the "c" is missing from some documents but never really thought about it, i just know thats how i always wrote my name.... and it was somehow convenient because i have a long name .... My question is : do you think this might be an issue ? Can I get an negative reply from the DCF or even the I130 petition ? Thanks a lot for your help !
