My Italian passport was already declared in the DS-260. I just need to update it and use it as my travel document. I've had this citizenship for almost 15 years now (juris sanguinis). I'll get a citizenship certificate just in case. What do you recommend? Thank you!

Are there any exceptions? Dual nationals applying with a valid passport of a country that is not listed above are exempt from this pause.

Eb3, Frankfurt Consulate, I'm Brazilian/Italian. Brazil isn't banned, it's suspended due to public charge. I cant update my DS260 via NVC. Maybe the Consulate will open it after I receive my interview letter.

No. They're already issuing visas for dual nationals in brazil.

Nope. Im part of the 75 country pause, therefore country of birth doesnt apply.

Hi. Is anyone here a dual national of a country that isn't on the paused list? Did you reopen your DS260 after your interview letter to change your travel document? Did they issue you the visa? What was your embassy? Thanks.
