Hi all, I'm trying not to panic; I received an RFE on my Form I-485 regarding my joint sponsor. The RFE stated they couldn't determine whether the joint sponsor is qualified. They requested: 2024 tax returns All supporting files for 2024 tax returns Assets (can't use) He didn't meet the 2024 Poverty Guidelines, but did in 2023 and 2022. In 2025, he exceeded the poverty guidelines by around $3000 we dont have tax returns from 2025 yet. But as a response to the RFE I'm planning to submit the last 6 months of his pay stubs (YTD), employment letter, and January 2026 pay stubs (YTD) as well, along with a cover letter explaining the situation about his employment. Is this a good approach for this type of RFE? Or should I wait for my sponsor to file his 2025 Taxes? Thank you for the help! Please keep safe in these hard times.
