I have transcripts of my last 4 years of tax returns from the IRS. However, I only have the W2's for year 2005 and 2007. Will I be required to provide W2's for 2004 and 2006? Or is the information I have already enough? Thanks for your Help!!!!

The waiting room grows. God Bless to everyone for a successful journey!!!

Congratulations to you!!! Dress to impress is great advice!

As many others have said, try to keep yourselves busy. My Sweety has recently gone back to school. I strongly encouraged her to go back so she wouldn't focus to much on our wait. We spend time with each other chatting and talking on the phone. It is by no means easy waiting, but we don't have much of a choice. So stay strong and the time will go by and Good Luck!!

Hi to Everyone!
I have entered a relationship with a lovely woman from the Philippines. I have been doing lots of research on the K1 visa process. It looks very daunting to me. I have read some posts here where lawyers are used or not. What direction should I go? I really love this woman and want the best plan to get her to me here. Any advice is welcome and very much appreciated.
Thanks,
Steve

In general, get to know them well, take a few trips etc save all your evidences, you can do the k1 papers yourself, just take some time and be detailed. Its a long process sometimes, that seems like it takes forever. Read up one the guides and follow the posts on here from her region get acquainted with some that are close to your filing time and good luck
Thank You for taking the time to respond. Your advice is very helpful!
