Hi everyone! We are currently at the NVC stage for our CR1 visa. My spouse in the Philippines needs to get a new PSA birth certificate because our current copy is a bit old. I was looking at www.PSAHelpline.ph to have it delivered. For those who have used this service recently, how long did the delivery take to a provincial address? We are trying to time this perfectly so we don't have a gap in our document submission. Also, does the NVC accept the copies provided through this service as originals? Thanks!
