Hi, I filed an I-751 online a few days ago and have already seen the digital receipt notice with my receipt number in the system. However, I just realized that the I-751 PDF form I uploaded didn’t include my and my spouse’s signatures. I have two questions:
Can I upload a corrected version as additional evidence now, along with a cover letter explaining the situation? I spoke with USCIS agents online, but they just told me to wait.
Even though the receipt notice I’ll receive will extend my green card for 48 months, should I still try to stay in the U.S. until I receive a rejection or RFE?
