I am the main petitioner for my husband. My US citizen father will be a joint sponsor. I currently live in the UK with my husband and our child.
When filling out my I-864, when it says about country of domicile would I put in UK and then submit evidence of intent to establish domicile? Such as bank statement from a US account, my state ID and emails to the local school? My father has also signed a letter to say we will be living with him.
If anyone has been in this situation I would appreciate any and all advice please! Thank you
