  1. Yes, I140 was approved on Oct 2023. So I was laid off more than 180 days after getting the I140 approved. Since I never filed for supp-J in the new job which I got on Mar 17, 2025, will it cause me any issues when I apply for citizenship?
  2. >>> Employer A filed for Supp-J in Nov 27, 2023 and it got approved on Dec 26, 2023. Was on EAD/AP >>> More than a year later, Employer A laid me off on Feb 17, 2025. I found a job with another employer by Mar 17, 2025 under similar job category but never filed supp-J. The new employer said they would respond if asked by USCIS as filing supp-J is not mandatory. >>> 2 weeks later, my I485 was approved on Mar 30, 2025 without any additional documentation checks. Changed a couple of jobs after getting the green card. Question>>>>: Since I never filed for supp-J in the new job which I got on Mar 17, 2025, will it cause me any issues when I apply for citizenship?
