  1. I’m not an expert and I’m also trying to figure this out but my guess is because of the priority date. Since now many who weren’t current now are, they are priority since they were DQ’d before. But like you just said my question is also why doesn’t the tool reflect that regression? That’s why I’ve been trying to ask around and see if anyone past July 2024 has actually got their IL… I hope I’m wrong! let me know if you find out anything different or evidence to the contrary.
  2. Since the NVC schedules interviews based on DQ date (first in first out basis regardless of category of EB) it would make sense that because many just became current their DQ date is a priority. and from what I'm seeing they were all DQ'd in 2024. The NVC has to go on a first in first out basis which is why I don't think we are seeing anyone get their IL past July 2024. So unless one has their IL expedited they have to work through those first. That explains why we aren't moving past Feb 2025 on the tool. That's my understanding.
  3. We did a congressional enquiry & the NVC wrote back to them saying they have not moved past scheduling those DQ'd in February 2025. From what I'm seeing a lot of applicants DQ'd up to summer 2024 who more recently became current are the only ones receiving their IL right now. I may be wrong but since they schedule in DQ order it seems that the real NVC current DQ date is around July 2024...
  4. This applicant said they expected literally on this chat on the 2nd of November. Pls show me any examples of people getting their IL past July 2024? also you’ve said this 9 month wait time is “normal” for London. Can you show me where you are getting that from? All our sources are saying this is outside of the normal timeframe
  5. Yes because they expedited! I spoke to this applicant and that is the only reason. I'm on a forum with many others and have been tracking
  6. What are you basing your last sentence on? Our congressional liaison has said that London is significantly behind on EB cases and she hasn’t seen delays like this before (and she is very experienced). Our attorney, who also specializes in EB cases at the London consulate, said that aside from the COVID period, she hasn’t seen such a long wait. I’ve heard similar feedback from multiple sources, so I’m trying to understand where your information is coming from.
  7. Because I am following multiple EB applicants and the only IL are for those DQ'd up to July 2024. I'm yet to see any others. My timeline was filled and now its not appearing and I've tried redoing it several times to no avail!
  8. The NVC scheduling tool just went back to February. It seems they are scheduling interviews for those DQ'd up to July 2024 who have recently become current. Has anyone with a DQ past July 2024 received their IL?
  9. Thanks for the heads up. Have you heard of anyone else getting their IL? I noticed the previous person was DQ'd back in 2024 so not sure if that means people DQ'd in March 2025 will actually get an IL before next month...
  10. Hi, congrats. That's amazing news. just to clarify are you EB2? Your timeline says E-2 which is different to EB2 so just checking. Thanks
  11. Hi, just checking if you received your IL yet?
  12. That's amazing news! Congratulations
  13. So why are applicants moving forward in other embassies around the world and not London?
  14. Hi, curious if you got your IL yet? Or any updates?
  15. Where did you get your information from regarding all IL's being paused?
