Thanks for your reply .also I have added my brother-in-law as a joint sponsor so I will gather his documents like tax receipts,pay stub and his i 864 form, proof of us citizen right??

Hello, I need help. My wife was laid off after her company was working slowly. We received a DQ and IL. We added a joint sponsor. After IL, should I fill out a new I-864 form for my wife or not? Help would be greatly appreciated.
