  1. At the end of the interview they should have given her a slip. What did that say?

After the interviewed they put the pink slip into our file but they didn't give anything to my fiancee. They asked my fiancee for my notarize statement(how we met, how many times in visit her etc..) They didn't ask for this statement until the interviewed. I sent this statement to my fiancee and she went back to HCM City to give it to them, then they told her to go home and wait for their phone call/mail.

    jeromebinh,

They didn't give her any document, but they asked for my notarized statement.

Someone told me that i need to write a letter to the Senator and ask him to send a letter to them, so they will process/review my case. I've never done this before.. does any of you have the sample of this kind of letter, so i can get the idea?

here's what they replied to my email

    Dear Sir,

    Thanks for your email.

The beneficiary's file is still pending review by a consular officer. Case files and any additional documents or information submitted after the interviews are prepared for review based on a first-come, first-reviewed policy. Please note that the beneficiary will experience delays in receiving a response from our office regarding the case due to the large number of cases pending review. We will contact the beneficiary when the review is completed or when we need further information.

If you have further inquiries, please do not delete your original email and please include the complete case number (HCM XXXX-XXX-XXX) in all correspondence.

    ScottThuy,

    Thanks for your info

    Alcheringa,

The interview was went through smoothly. My fiancee answered to their questions perfectly

    Thanks people

  2. Hi Everyone,

After the interviewed they told my fiancee to go home and wait for their call/letter but it been 4 months already and she didn't hear anything from them yet. I emailed and asked the reason, they said my case is pending and i don't need to submit any paper/doc to them (not missing any form/doc). some people have gone through this situation and they said it takes years for them to review the case again.

So, what i gonna do next?

    Thank you

  3. Thanks a lot.

    few more questions.

i bought calling cards from mobilecaller.com and of course i have no phone bill but i do have bank statement when i buy the card. the charge appeared mobilecaller.com on the bank statement. in this case, i submit them the bank statement and explain to them? I wonder if mobilecaller has my phone bill if i request them

we don't use email. we chat via yahoo messenger everyday that's why we don't email to each other. i explain them this as well?

    we have picture taken together

    ps: i never married before

If Mobilecaller.com is like most carding cards, you will have the ability to print out your call log and phone statement from their website. You need to log into your account online and see.

Yahoo messenger the ability to log and print your chats. If you haven't been logging and printing already, do it now. If you want to edit your chats, you can do that by either marking out the parts you don't want to be read or use a program to edit them before you print. Thi and I didn't know we could log our chats at first so she would save them, then send them to me. So we also had the email time stamp and headers to use as evidence but we didn't use them.

You will need to explain why you haven't been saving them. It's ok to say you didn't know as that's what we did and it seems it was ok with the USCIS and Consulate. They never said anything.

Your I-129f is your first step and you should start out right. Take your time and triple check everything before you send it off. A properly done I-129f will result in no RFEs at USICS and usually no blue slips at HCMC Consulate at your interview.

Once you send it in, fill out your timeline. It helps us help you and your timeline helps others get an idea of how long it's taking.

    Good Luck!
