    Regarding this! I actually transferred to London in June 2025 but I wasn’t current then. Recall that my PD is Nov 2023 and DQ is March 2024. I recently got current in the October visa bulletin. Does that mean that I’ll be treated differently despite the fact that I transferred before getting current? I want to know so that I won’t keep my hopes high in the next batch. Thanks

    I’m EB2-NIW with DQ date of March 2024 but got current in the October bulletin. I’m also wondering how long time I’ll have to wait to get IL in London
