We also had our interview on 12th Dec at 8:40 AM. The experience was very similar to what you have explained. The officer told us he would complete the paperwork and would approve the visa the next day, and handed us the printout with tracking information. Has your status changed on the CEAC website? When I search, it doesn't give back any results yet. Maybe it will be updated in a day or two.

Has anyone received IL in October? The IV tool shows that cases DQ'ed in July 2024 are currently being scheduled for an interview.

Same here. I never got a 60-day reminder email. PD: Dec 2023 and DQ: July 2024. However, I have contacted NVC every few months to keep the case open. Should I be worried that I never received a 60-day reminder email?

Hi Everyone, EB2-NIW (ROW) - PD: Dec 2023 (will be current on 1st Oct 2025), DQ: July 2024. Question: Based on the IV tool (MTL), EB cases from May 2024 are being scheduled. Should I expect to be scheduled within the next 2-3 months? An attorney mentioned that Canada (MTL) is messy, and some of their EB cases with current PD/DQ have been waiting since 2023, while others are expedited. I am quite worried if that is the case, as I was hoping to be scheduled by the end of the year. Any feedback or insights would be appreciated.
