    Under 8 C.F.R. § 336.1(a), USCIS has 120 days to make a decision on a Naturalization (N-400) case after the initial interview. If no decision is rendered by day 121, you may file a lawsuit in U.S. Federal District Court for a decision under 8 U.S.C. § 1447(b).

    Well I applied back in March , the reason I asked under this topic is because it seems more active here . and lots of applicants say that the form goes first to NBC office From there, it is transferred to a local field office

    No, never lived in Missouri. Although USCIS National Benefits Center located there

    Correct , I’m from North Carolina and my receipt letter came from Missouri. So not sure if it still there

    How do you guys know where yours n400 at ? Once I applied there was address of Missouri. Is there should be indication when it gets transferred to my state ?

    thanks for your support! The fact that some people who applied later than me at the same location are already completed their journey is stresses me out though

    What is more is shows “Your case is taking longer than we previously estimated, but it is within normal processing times.”for two months now . So there is no estimated time
