  1. Thank you for your response. I did list it on my I129F since I did read that message stating that all arrests should be listed even if expunged. So I will supply a new FBI Fingerprint Background Check for the CFO appointment and hopefully they won't ask for more.
  2. No news is good news. That's what St. Luke told me today when I called them at: +63 2 8521 0020 They advised me that my fiance should attend her 9/25 vaccine and final x-ray appointment. Everything sounds good.
  3. Her medical expires on 12/13/2025. We still have to receive the TB lab culture results, get the vaccines, do 1 final xray, complete the "yellow paper" missing document issue at a consular appointment on 10/7/2025, then do the CFO appointment. Does it seem possible that we can get all of this done before the medical clearance expires on 12/13/2025 ?
  4. You mentioned the interviewer asked for court documents related to your DUI. I had an arrest for possession of controlled substance in 2005. The record was compeltely expunged. At the time, I received letters from the lawyer and even the FBI confirming the record was expunged. I didn't save these letters and I don't remember which law office I used. This all occured in Nevada where I don't live and was just visting. I did list this arrest on the I129F. I've had various FBI Fingerprint Background Checks done over the years for employment purporses and there is never any record of this arrest. Completely clean and empty FBI check. So what do I do if they request court documents on the arrest? They don't exist and there is no way to get them. I actually called the Nevada court when I completed the I129F last year because I wanted to get something from them if I could. Nevada court told me that when we expunge records in this state they are completely gone.
  5. They accept email? I'm surprised they don't want it certified or original.
  6. Regarding your CFO experience, where did you get your criminal records background check done online? How exactly did you submit the results of the background check to the CFO? I'm wondering if I should go ahead and get my criminal background check done now ahead of time.
  7. No, we understand its not time for CFO or getting the actual visa. She still has to return to Manila on 10/7 for another consular appointment to satisfy one of those "yellow papers" they put the missing documents on. The reason she is still in Manila now until 9/26 is because she was told she was to go ahead with the rest of the medical and get her vaccines. She was told that once the lab smear results are confirmed then they will do the vaccines immediately and I believe 1 final chest xray. Have you used that email address before?
  8. Sputum test was negative about 2 months ago but as part of their normal process, they sent a lab smear test to sit for 2 months. The results of this test were supposed to have been emailed to her yesterday, on Friday. After she receives the results of the 2 month lab work, she is supposed to then receive her vaccines and continue with remaining medical clearance. The results didn't come yesterday. Is it possible for these results to come over the weekend? We are concerned because her flight leaves Manila to go back home on 9/26. We are worried that the results will for some reason not come in time. She has been checking her spam and junk folders regularly. Does anyone have any experience in this? I called +63 2 8521 0020 and spoke to some security person who says there is nobody to speak to because they are closed for the weekend. I wonder if I should go ahead and email inquiry@slec.ph Any insight is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
  9. They checked the 'Original' box and wrote "proof of name change (previous wife of petitioner)". I attached the yellow form below after removing any personal information: Are they going to accept my certified court copy? The court of course would not give me their actual original. The court would only give me a copy of their original and they did put a couple of fresh stamps on it and it says certified.
  10. The number has changed to +1 703-991-7619 The menu options you need to press to get to a live agent are 1-1-4-5
  11. If they are dotting every I and crossing every T, will they have an issue with the middle name of Lee missing from the I129F ? The I129F says ex-wife name: Kym Summers The Name Change Court Order says: Kym Lee Summers changing name to Winnie Schultz
  12. Have they changed the USA access number to +1 703 991 7619 ? We received a new yellow missing documents form. I'm so sick of this. This time, her US Travel Docs portal doesn't have the option to close the application and make a new application. They have also not sent any emails or messages within her US Travel Docs portal mentioning the latest interview refusal. So I want to call them. What happened to the (703) 520-2235 number? I go here: https://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/en/contact-us Should I be going somewhere else for the contact numbers?
  13. I had to get a certified copy of the marriage certificate since the original is lost. The court told me there is no way to get a new original. I hope this is ok. I'm assuming it is ok since the marriage certificate is not being requested by the embassy. Same story for the Name Change Court Order, certified copies only. The court put fresh stamps on the certified copies but of course the original signature from the judge is not fresh original ink but instead copies of the original signature. I'm very paranoid now after all these issues and failures.
  14. I will use fictitious names in this post for annonymity. My fiance arrived in Manila for her 3rd attempt at the consular interview yesterday. Unfortunately, she received a yellow interview reschedule paper once again. This time, the Philippines Embassy is requesting a copy of the court order my ex-wife made to change her name immediately after we married. This is all they are requesting on the yellow paper. Philippines Embassy complains that the name of my ex-wife is listed as Kym Summers on the I129F, but my divorce decree shows her name as Winnie Schultz (because she changed her name right after we married). She didn't like her first name so she changed it, she also dropped her middle name, and then she updated her last name to match mine. So I just obtained certified copies from the county court where the official change of name was made. The Name Change Court Order lists her name as Kym Lee Summers changing name to Winnie Schultz. My marriage certificate also shows her name as Kym Lee Summers. So now her names look like this: I129F: Kym Summers Marriage Certificate: Kym Lee Summers Name Change Court Order: Kym Lee Summers changing name to Winnie Schultz Divorce Decree: Winnie Schultz I am now worried they will wonder why the I129F doesn't have her middle name of Lee. I asked my attorney and he said the middle name missing on the I129F should not be a problem. Attorney said to give them the Marriage Certificate in addition to the Name Change Court Order. He said the I129F can't be updated at this time any way. I hope the attorney is right. What do you think? Thank you for any insight.
  15. For now, the issue seems to be solved. I was able to talk to a real person at the USA number: (703) 520-2235 I can't remember the exact options I had to press but I did have a conversation. The representative advised me to close my application and start a new one and assured me I would not have to pay any additional fees or repeat any previously completed appointments. When the payment portion of the application came up, I was instructed to select 'Cash'. After selecting 'Cash', the receipt number from my previous payment over 2 months ago was automatically applied and reflected. I then had to select an OFC biometrics appointment date and the representative assured me I could ignore that appointment and not show up for that appointment since it has already been completed weeks ago. I was then able to select an embassy interview date for some time in September. So as long as there aren't any more surprises, everything appears to be on track.
  16. Is the USA access number +1 703 520 2235 ? What options do you press once you get into the phone menu? All options lead to recordings. How do you speak to real people?
  17. I tried all of this today and it didn't work. My account doesn't have that option:
  18. I did create a case in the feedback/request section about 24 hours ago and waiting their reply. Thank you for linking to the inquiry form. I had not seen that form before. I just submitted one.
  19. Yes, calling from the USA. I called all the different numbers, including the USA access phone number. Yes, during 9AM - 5 PM Manila time. I also tried 9 - 5 Eastern Standard Time. Whenver I call, even when I call during the correct business hours, a recording states "Please call back during our regular business hours". It doesn't matter what day, what time, what number, I get that same recording. I also had a friend call on their phone multiple times and received the same results.
  20. K-1 visa. Philippines beneficiary. USA petitioner. Beneficiary arrived at the Manila embassy for scheduled interview. Embassy reviewed the required documents the beneficiary brought. Embassy said 1 document is not acceptable because the name of her mother on the CENOMAR form was misspelled by 1 letter. Embassy cancelled the interview, instructed her to reschedule the interview on the US Travel Docs website and bring a new CENOMAR form to the next interview. She got a new CENOMAR within just a few days. When trying to make a new interview appointment on the US Travel Docs website, the calendar never loads and a code is displayed at the top of the screen: "SGA01". We have tried this on multiple devices and on multiple days with the same result. I have called every phone number on the US Travel Docs website many times. I have not spoken to a real person ever. It doesn't matter which number you press in the phone menu, all options lead to recordings. It is not possible to speak with a person. I tried the live chat but it just gives you a message saying to call instead since there are too many people. I sent them an email, but I'm sure a real person will never reply. If we are not able to schedule this interview soon, then her medical clearance will expire and we will have to start this entire process over again and pay all the fees again. We can't afford this. I am hoping someone here has experienced this problem and can offer some guidance or advice. Thank you for any help!
