Sorry, posted in wrong forum. The petitioner is a USC. Helping with the green card for my father-in- law in India. I understand that form I 693 must be filed with form I 485, so I assume there would not be an interview appointment set until I 485 is approved. Max Med Centre in New Delhi said they would not schedule the exam for I 693 without an interview appointment letter. Does anyone have experience with how this works? Thanks.
