221(g) on renewal of visa after I lost my passport which had 10 year visa issued(renewed) last year. Previously also 221(g) on first time took around 14 months for Iranian-British dual national but renewal last year was approved on interview day. On first visa application I had to prove exemption from military service (had purchased it) and not been to Iran for 20+ years. They are asking for the same thing over again, surely they have all the same?
I’ve sent them all the documents again as I had them ready and it’s been few months still nothing, fearing another 14 months wait again.
