  1. Oh thank you so much, thats is painful to know that number !! I do not see that when I look at my timeline. Where do you see it ?
  2. I see several threads that give a numerical position where your case is in line. What is the link to this site where you can see this please ?
  3. What is the link to find out where you are in line please ?
  4. I know I am late to the party here, but has anyone taken in to consideration that the applications are split between California and the Texas office in relation to where the Petitioner lives. I am seeing that California was processing almost 1 month ahead of Texas up until this week (As per Track my Visa). As of yesterday California has started processing January 2025 which Texas has only recently jumped from November. It also appears like they skipped the first 2 weeks in December and jumped straight from November to mid December. I keep an eye on both VJ & Track my Visa and try to read the blurred lines. Just to make it worse the VJ timing is also a bit out NVC are quoting they are processing cases within 2 weeks not 82 days. please let me know if I am reading this wrong. days. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html
  5. Texas appears to of just began working on December if you can read the charts on here. California however appears to be working on December 30
  6. From my understanding. . . After approval, allow processing time, maybe up to 3 +/- months. Ensure your paperwork is correct and what they required. USCIS has to process your documentation to make ready for NVC. Then for NVC to process and prepare to send over to consulate/embassy who will schedule your interview. These times fluctuate depending on workloads.
  7. The U.S. does not legally discriminate based on age for K-1 visas, though a significant age gap can trigger closer scrutiny to ensure the relationship is genuine .The official eligibility rules only require both parties to be legally free to marry and for the non-U.S. citizen to be at least 18 years old.
