Is Beneficary birth certificates are mandatory to submit at the time of I-130? Petitioner Birth certificate, along with passport is required -
Thanks Lil Bear for your response and link. The I-130 instructions didn’t specify the beneficiaries birth certificates as required and requires sponsors birth certificate as proof to establish parents relationship and marriage certificate from Father. I still saw some messages on few attorney sites on providing beneficiary birth certificates at the time of I-130 filing and that’s why I got confused.

Quick question on filing I-130 for parents by US citizen. Do beneficiaries(parents) birth certificates need to be uploaded at the time of filing I-130?
