Hi all, I know I have been asking too many questions just that I am confused. My interview is for February 26 I am a Nigerian Citizen and a Canada PR. My country is among the country the 39 countries that were put on ban and also among 75 countries that are put on pause. I want to postpone my interview till 2029, do you think it is possible to do this? Please how long can someone postpone his interview in Montreal. I read something online that you can postpone maximum of 3 times and each one is just 2-4 months interval. Thank you very much, Regards

Good morning everyone, For the vaccines, does anyone know any clinic I can get the vaccines that take appointment. The wait time for walk in is long, Also I have taken some of the vaccines before in Nigeria, however, I do not have any document to support this. what do I do in this case. I have received a Consular interview appointment date from the National Visa Center (NVC) or the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) and I have been instructed to register my appointment on this site. I have received a letter/email from the consular section with instructions to schedule an immigrant visa appointment. Thank you Regards Regards

Hi everyone, Good morning, when I read my interview letter it shows me a website https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Supplements/Supplements_by_Post/MTL-Montreal.html#med_exam_instructions When I clicked on Register as shown in picture below, it leads me to a page that only has announcement only. I could not find a place to register my interview. Please people who have successfully had their interview should help me. do I have to register my interview before attending the interview in Montreal? Good morning all, I received my interview letter for Feb 28,2026. My Dq date is July 28, 2024. Please I'm confused on the next steps. Please what do I do after receiving my interview letter? Please where do I schedule my medicals? I stay in Ontario. I have one month to go for the interview. Please is this 1 month enough to do the medicals. Thank you, Regards

So this issue, made me consult an ex consular officer, even if you have changed field it is still fine. The consular officer said so long that you show intent at interview that is what that matters. NIW is a long process, people can lose their jobs before interview, I saw on reddit when someone lost his job just 1 month before interview and he got the green card visa. Telling people so long they are in their field they should be fine, What happens to people who are not in their field of endeavor? It will create unnecessary anxiety to them. I reviewed most NIW interviews here, there are a lot of people the consular officer didn't ask whether they are in their field of endeavor at interview. Please If you are no longer in your field of endeavor, consult an attorney and ask how you can handle it.

Please @appleblossom, what would make them think that. If the person applies for job in his field and come with Evidence of such job application, I think the person should be fine. Life can happen and make people not to be in their endeavor during interview
