Hello, I’m in the same situation. I have been a US Citizen for a long time and petitioned via F41 case for my brother and his family back in 2007. Finally, in May, their visa date became current and we just got their interview date for early August in Yerevan. Since they are Iranian and from a travel ban country, is there any way to bypass/waive this ban for them? Should they even go to their interview since I’ve heard the case gets fully denied/closed and not even refused to go into administrative processing until the travel ban is supposedly over. Or, should we ask to postpone the interview if there is the slightest chance due to the travel ban, their visa will be 100% closed after waiting so many years. Please advise.
