Currently, I am not working because my postdoctoral fellowship contract has ended. I am actively applying for jobs and also started writing a project.
How can I explain my current status during the interview at the U.S. consulate?
What should I say or do to justify my situation?
Is there any negative impact on my case?
Also, any possible ask questions?
