Thank you for explaining. I was wondering how and when I should submit the second public inquiry, but now I understand better. The embassy where my fiancé’s interview is scheduled—Kuwait—is currently closed until further notice, which explains why we haven’t received any updates.

Hello We were approved on January 21, and our case was sent to the Department of State on March 6. However, we have not yet received any mail or email from the NVC. About a week ago, we submitted a public inquiry, but we still haven’t received a response. Could you please let me know when you received your welcome letter and case number?
