    Hello all, 

    My wife is looking to renew her vietnamese passport. Her greencard is currently expired but she has the extension letter from i751. It has been 2 years and we are still waiting on the interview for it. We just tried one of those services that helps with passport renewal and we were told passport renewal with expired GC + extension letter is not possible. Can anyone confirm this? We need your help
