  1. Congrats and good luck. Hopefully next day approval.
  2. Absolutely agree. I would have called in sick if it came down to such. It sucks, but that is just the system.
  3. I have heard of some people getting their interview notice after the date of the interview. Unfortunately, these things happen. I recommend everyone check the portal if they are able, and do not rely on mail delivery of notices. When we got her notice for biometrics, it was about 3-4 weeks before in the portal. Perfect, I took the day off work so I could take her down there. However, the snail mail notice came the week before. I may not have been able to take off work on such short notice. A little to close for comfort.
  4. Just go if you are able. Yes, USCIS is closed on weekends, however, officers are allowed to work over-time to clear up back log. I checked the subreddit, there have been plenty of cases of weekend interviews. Edit: My bad, I just realized that was yesterday. Were you able to go?
  5. Just Approved. 57 day days. I think our representative contacting the field office made a difference.
  6. Interesting. API update. Nothing changed though. Maybe they looked it after being contacted by my representative.
  7. There is no harm in contacting your other representatives, especially if one is not responding.
  8. My rep said he contacted the Montgomery field office. We'll see if that helps. 😃
  9. That is correct. With that said, It does require that you present "unreasonable delay". I would imagine that 90+ days after an interview with no decision or movement is considered unreasonable. The bigger concern here is cost. Most lawyers will charge $3000 to $10,000 to file a WoM. It is possible, but not recommended, to file without a lawyer.
  10. 46 days as of today. I put in a request with 1 senator. The other requires mailing. Will ask my rep too.
  11. I am very aware. I just find it funny to watch them. Originally, it said like 7 years for the I-485. 🤣
  12. USCIS estimate went from 14 months to 13 months. I think it will be shorter than that. 😂🤣
  13. I was able to log in. No API update or new documents. The wait continues 🙂
  14. MyUSCIS is currently down. I am going to assume that this is due to the major global AWS outtage.
  15. That sucks. I believe you can request a new access code. I do not know anything about that process though.
  16. Is the letter not available already in the portal?
  17. Oh that sucks. Our interviewing officer was extremely nice. Maybe a negligent supervisor is holding us back. Who knows.
  18. Good advice, let's hope no one has to file one here.
  19. As others said, there could be any number of reasons for this transfer. Hopefully they sent it to a less busy FO. Did it tell you which FO your case is at? If not, you can find this through Emma. At least you know they haven't forgotten about the case. Maybe. Best of luck though.
  20. We have to keep waiting. This sucks. However, with that said, I see very few cases on the subreddit that took longer than 100 days after interview. Hopefully this means less than a month for you. If not, might want to look into the Writ of Mandamus. Best of luck to everyone waiting for updates.
  21. I don't understand either. We were literally told she would have her green card in hand in 3 weeks. Funny how that works.
  22. Well. We are now past 31 days waiting. No updates at all. The wait continues 😁
  23. Absolutely. When I was doing research, people said K1 wait times used to be measured in years.
