    Hello, My relative (US Citizen) filed I-130 for his wife in March 2025. The timeline was 18 months at the time of filing, but now shows 67.5 months. What do you guys think? Is this is accurate?

    Not sure why you have not been called for interview yet, my neighbor and I applied on the same day, both were not required to show up for fingerprints, and also we got interview on the same day. I hope you get your interview soon. Also, we both applied based on 5 year general provision (5 years residence). Only difference is she came to USA in 2001 on a tourist visa and got married here, and I did in 2009 as a family based (spouse of a USA citizen, but never applied for citizenship).

    Hello Everyone, ok. So I have received Interview notice this morning. Filed on 6/4/2025, Interview is scheduled for 7/26/2025. This is pretty quick. Out of ATL.

    Hello, I am new here. I have filled out N-400 today, and received biometrics re-use document. Wondering how long does it take to get an interview. Out of ATL. Also, is it normal that I was not asked to upload my Tax Returns? I thought it was mandatory...
