Hello! I’m from Bolivia but in my country, we have an email address in the Embassy official website and I’ve sent some emails in the past about different things and they always answer in a few days…sometimes their website is down for some operations and they don’t even know because nobody tells them (At least in my country, k-1 visa is not that common) Maybe you should try that, good luck!
