Hello everyone! Thanks for your help in advance. I’m wondering how do you package the whole paperwork? Do you send in an envelope or a box. I want to send it via USPS priority mail. Also, do you put some clips on it or just the whole document as it is. Thank you again!

Just created an account on USCIS Looking for the account number for USCIS I would get this one i send the I-129F right? it is not there available before hand to put onto the I-129F form as it has the option to? or where would i find said account number on my USCIS account

Yes he is leaving this Saturday but maybe I don’t have to fill this out because we will send it with the new address and he will be gone by then? What do you suggest? Thanks

Yes, thanks we know that option but prefer the k1 for various circumstances and I know it’s taking longer now too Yes, thanks we will wait for the new address

Hello 👋 I was hoping to get some opinion regarding of whether to submit the K1 visa after my fiance leaves the country which will be in couple days and submit it the day he leaves or before or just wait for him to leave the country to file it to USCIS. Also, I am changing address in the next 2 weeks and did anyone had an issue of changing their address through USCIS. Do I just log in the account and change it? will it delay the process once its submitted with the old address but then changing it in the next 2 weeks. Thank you and I appreciate your insights. thanks.

Okay thank you I understand that I will need to yes, I'm just looking into the I-134 first step for K-1 as it's unclear on this part as it states 100% for this yet overall as seen 125% so I'm just curious for sending this first step (I-134) if that just needs to be the 100% and its separate for the adjustment stage that's 125%

Hello everybody, Just for the for would like to get ahead on having it prepared - would I need to submit i-134 this along with the DS-160 at first step? or is it just to have it ready to bring the embassy. Also, someone provide a link of the poverty guideline since I am confused with the 125% or 100% for K1 visa process?
