By Law USCIS HAS 120 days To Make decision from date of exam, then it's time to discuss whether taking your naturalization case to Federal Court through a lawsuit , but now is 8 months and u file divorce i think is to late just do what do lawyer told u and replay when u have 5 years you will be fine.
