I contacted via chat and they sent me a link to change the password.... I thought about creating an account with another address but I'm afraid they'll make a fuss given that I gave an email address on the DS-160 application. What do you think about ? Thankyou

Hello, I'm trying to create an account on AVITS, but I can't... When I request it, it tells me that an account already exists (I don't remember that I even requested it). So I requested a password reset, created a new password, and it tells me that the user is INACTIVE. What does this mean, please? If anyone has a solution, please let me know... Thank you.

Bonjour, J'essaie de créer un compte sur AVITS mais je n'y arrive pas .... Lorsque je fais la demande de création, il me dit qu'un compte existe déjà (alors que je n'ai jalais fait la demande). J'ai donc demandé la réinitialisation du MDP, créé le nouveau MDP, il me dit que l'utilisateur est INACTIF. Qu'est-ce que cela signifie svp ? Si qq1 a une solution à me donner svp... Merci
