I appreciate the kind words Between fellow filers and mods this community has been such a support beacon getting through this process. It's nice to know I'm not alone. I wish you all the best on your journey as well. Thank you for the info on your file - this info helps provide so much more context. Our petition has not been sent to the NVC and still only in "Approved" status according to the USCIS case tracker. -
Thank you for the additional tips and context. I forgot to mention I did reach out the NVC who says they did not receive it. I also called USCIS and they informed me to wait until it's been 90 days since NoA2 to call them back. I was always under the impression it was 60 days based on the verbiage on their e-Request form.

It's now been 60 days since our NoA2 approval and still no updates regarding an NVC transfer. I'm kind of anxious that we fell through the cracks Tried sending a PI this morning and it still said it's in "reasonable processing time." I'm assuming that I have to wait until it's technically 61 days until I can submit a PI so I can submit tomorrow? At the very least, I have a lot of distractions waiting for all this

I'm not very good at the quote system My request was for "Intent to Marry," and were looking for things like: correspondence on wedding and/or future plans evidence of subsequent visits evidence of family/friends awareness of the couple We were able to supply these things pretty easily, especially since we visited each other 5 times last year and had many folks to vouch for us, including family whom we had many photos with.

Hey folks! Thank you for your support during this super stressful time. I wanted to update that our NoA2 just came in yesterday I'm expecting it'll take a little longer to get to the NVC than the May filers approved in December, but I'm excited nonetheless. Back in the queue we go.

Unfortunately, it looks like I'm one of those RFEs. Gonna wait for the letter anxiously but any support or tips for handling these would be great. Congrats to those who were approved~!

Hello, everyone 👋 May filer here- I'm so happy I finally found this thread! It's nice to find a community for this after all the anxiety According to **removed**, there were two late May approvals from the past week. Happy for them! But also wondering if this is normal/accurate and if we could start seeing approvals for this month sooner than later? This is also not an indication that they might be skipping a time rage, is it?
