    Thank you! We got NOA1 so I'm hoping that means it wasn't rejected outright?

    I cannot believe we made this mistake but we forgot a signature/date on our one supplemental sheet where we answered question 54/ how we met. We do have a cover sheet with the date and signature attached to it but somehow forgot to sign the actual word document/ extra sheet where we wrote out our story/ how we met - we do have the petitioner's name on the top of that page though. Is this a guaranteed rejection or RFE situation. We signed our letters of intent to marry and on the actual I-129F form where it was required .
