    Thank you for your help! I have one more question. Should I expect to receive confirmation of receipt for both of these forms before submitting the I-751? I need to start the I-751 process soon, as I recently received a letter from USCIS requesting initiation of this process.

    Thanks for the prompt response. It's been well over 10 days and 30 days for each of those forms. Is there a risk to this? I plan to put down the first day of my apt lease (July 2023) for I-865 and my wife's US arrival date (August 2023) for AR-11. Should I consider anything else?

    Hello! I'm preparing to file Form I-751 to remove conditions on my wife's residence. We initially used a New Jersey address, my brother's residence, when filing the spouse petition. However, we've since relocated to Pennsylvania, where we currently reside together. Although our Pennsylvania address might change due to potential apartment relocations, I'm wondering if I should use our current Pennsylvania address or the original New Jersey address (brother's permanent address) for the I-751 process. Could you advise on the best approach? Thank you in advance for your feedback!
