  1. Consulate: Guangzhou, China We have been camping (about once an hour) USVisaScheduling for an interview slot since we have received Packet 4, which was near the end of March. My fiancee even got IP blocked more than two weeks ago for logging in too frequently, and for some reason, that IP still brings up the "Sorry, you have been blocked" page when trying to load up the page, and now both of us, regardless of IP, get the "Sorry, you have been blocked" page AFTER logging in and completeing the security questions. We have no problem, with that exception of that one IP, to log in and complete the security questions, but the "Sorry, you have been blocked" page always shows up afterwards. This issue been persisting for over a week. For example, after logging in I get the "Sorry, you have been blocked" page. I reload the login page, and I can enter the log in information again to be met with "Sorry, you have been blocked" page again. I found a loophole by entering a logged in web link, but since I'm not logged in, it gives me a login error and ask me to enter log in information then answers to the security questions. This does not give me the "Sorry, you have been blocked" page. Customer service does not help at all. They seem to have a template answer of, log in to your accounr and check the message we sent you. But there's no message there... But setting that aside, looking at past timelines for K1 Visa on this site, it seems like everyone applying for K1 Visa in China is able to get their interview time relatively easy (an interview time of about 1 to 2 months after Packet 4). There is even someone else from this site that got an interview time on the same day I started trying to get it. From the little information I found, interview time for June is almost filled out if not already filled out. The reason why I gave the long background is, I wonder if there is potentially any issue with my account. I can't find anyone else with the potentially permanent IP block issue nor the weird "Sorry, you have been blocked" page AFTER logging in issue. Comments, insights, or am I just worrying about a nonissue?
  2. I am going off of this site: https://ustraveldocs.com/cn/en/immigrant-visa#kvisa There is a section on the K1 Immigration Visa page that states, "If you have received a letter from the National Visa Center (NVC) saying you may begin online processing, you need to scan and upload all necessary civil and financial documents to our online Consular Electronic Application Center (CEAC)". If the email doesn't explictly tell you to upload documents to the site, I assume we can just ignore it? I assume some K1 Visa applicants have to upload documents to the site. Otherwise, why would there be this section on the K1 Visa page. I'm asking for verification and clarification. Thank you. EDIT: It was the general Immigration Visa page, but the link brings me down to the K1 Visa section of the page. 😅
  3. I used IV. I use "NA" as passport number and "NA" as surname to get the status. After my application was sent to the Consulate, I had to use "NA" for the passport number and the beneficiary's first five letter of their surname as the surname.
  4. You can check the Immigration Timelines on this site with filters for "Country: France" and "Order by: Consulate Receive": https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/k1list.php?cfl=0&op1=d&op2=&op3=1&op4=1&op6=All&op7=France&dfile=No&adv=1 You can also check the CAEC site to see if your status is still "In Transit". Based on the results, NVC Left date to the France Embassy usually take 2-4 days. With some exception taking 2 weeks or longer. Consulates in some countries requires you to send them an inquiry through email before they send out Packet 3.
  5. In case someone else has the same situation as me, Packet 3 was recieved 3 days after the status was set to "Refused". It probably means that P3 was mailed out.
  6. It might be for two person. For example, your fiance(e) and their child.
  7. As per title, the CEAC site shows the status as Refused four days after the consulate in Guangzhou received the application from NVC. My fiancee is going to call them to find out why, but research online indicates: Pending for additional documents/information Administrative Processing Cases with a waiver request pending. Denied under Section 214(b) of the INA. Is this status shown because they are about to or have sent out Packet 3 to request for additional documents/information?
  8. 1. No comment. 2. Make sure the Letter of Intent is signed physically, not e-signed. A copy of the physical signed letter is fine. 3. Like previously mentioned, just the bio page and the stamped pages. You do not need to send in blank pages. USCIS required one proof such as the US Passport or Birth Certificate, but I just sent in a copy of both. 4. Never married, so I never looked much into it, but USCIS mentions 5. No comment. 6. Recommended to include date, who is shown in the picture and who is who (e.g. from left to right), where the picture is taken, and what you are doing (e.g. enjoying a walk in the park at "city"). 7. As mentioned previously, checks are no longer accepted by default. Do what you see fit, but I printed my pictures in black and white on normal paper with no issues. Some people claims it has to be in color, but I assume it's because pictures weren't clear. I just seperated sections using title pages, but no divider that pops out at the side. The packet has to be easy to disassemble. I used a binder clip. N/A, but see the following:
  9. For me, I contacted them the first time 5 weeks in. They responded in 2-3 days. They told me to contact them after 60 days after NOA2. I contacted them the second time 10 weeks in. They again responded in 2-3 days. They told me they never received my file from USCIS and that they will contact USCIS to see where it is at and that no further action is required from me at this time. They mentioned that they will notified all relevent contacts after the file is entered into their system. I expect that is through mail, but I have yet to receive any mails from them. It has already been 12 weeks since my NOA2. Feels like I'm the odd one out, but others like me might be staying silent. Good luck.
  10. Thank you both for the information. 😅
  11. Sorry for being unclear. We have met in person 2 months back with pictures and ticket proof. But I want to submit this as proof of ongoing relationship. Thank you.
  12. My fiancée and I have a trip planned for the end of August, and we plan on including the paid plane tickets and hotel information in the I-129F Packet. My question is, will there be any issues if I redact a few numbers from the booking numbers, order numbers, and ticket numbers? I'm planning to write something along the line of, "A few numbers from the Booking Numbers, Order Numbers, and Ticket Numbers were redacted for the upcoming trip due to safety as the trip has note been taken during the submission of this document." Thanks for any insights in advance.
