Hello, I just wanted to see if anybody else had this experience working with the paris consulate, I searched back and got mixed results. I contacted NVC initially in January and they said the consulate had not received it yet, and I contacted them start of this month because I had not received any communication from Paris and they gave me my case number. I checked CEAC and the status was already "READY", but me or my fiancé has not received any paper letters or emails from Paris, and my NOA2 says it expires end of this month. Are we good to go ahead and try scheduling the interview, doing medical and such? I want to make sure she doesn't need a specific interview letter or anything. Is there a good way to contact Paris in case I need an extension? I sent ParisIV email address an email but I have yet to get a response.

Great thanks for clearing that up, we got it submitted today. I was thinking was simply a document you can fill out in parallel with the others such as the I-134.
