    my partner is currently out of job , although he is working on getting something sooner 

     

    Can he file for K1 while he is out of job , we already prepared all out documents.

    Can we still send our file to the postal office even when he hasn’t gotten a job yet ?

    or it’s advisable to wait still when he has a job before we can summit the Form I-129F

    Hi pls I’m using the format for mine , the US Homeland address are they all same or it depends on my location, how do I know which address to use or send my file
