  1. i am aware. i said "we" because it is our case. i received a number starting with A, following 9 letters in the RFA, this is the only time i have ever seen a number starting with A written down anywhere during this process. are you saying i should write down the petitioner's name and N/A on the A-number section or would this be the beneficiary's name and number. the comments on here are confusing me now 😕
  2. okay thank you! i was really confused about that part because it was the only A number i could find which was given to us in the RFE, thank you for being helpful!
  3. i recieved 2 numbers in my RFE, one that starts with WAC and one that starts with A, thats the A-number right?
  4. i filed in march 2025, printed it out from the set website and filled it out by hand
  5. what exactly does that mean? is the petitioner not meant sign page 12 (additional information)?
  6. i received the same request as was attached in the original posters image, hence why i asked. i have had little luck with knowing exactly what to write, but hearing you say they got denied is not the best information to hear. i have just made my own post regarding my issue, thank you!
  7. hello! ive tried to look around for answers but figured i would try making my own post. we recently just recieved a request for additional information regarding our K1, and just get told we are "missing page 12" on our form. on this page, however, we didn't fill this one out and sent it in blank since we assumed it was simply a form for information we wish to add if we have anything extra, but we didn't feel the need to do so. im unsure of what to do, should we simply send it in blank again despite thats what we did previously? or is there anything specific we should add? such as writing N/A on everything and sign/date the bottom of page 12? also, regarding the request for initial evidence, it says to return the requested information and all supporting documents. does this mean i need to refile the form and reprint my packet? or is it simply referring to the two letters i received, as well as a cover page and page 12? i would love to hear advice, or what other people have written, especially if you didnt have anything else to add. im feeling very anxious and worried i will do it wrong.. thank you, and i hope to get some answers!
  8. i just got this as well!!! can you please tell me exactly what you did, as well as what reply you received after sending it in?
  9. hello! we just received our i-797C NOA and we are very excited, the only issue is that my name (the beneficiary) is spelled wrong, and my country of birth is labelled as unknown. ive mentioned both my name and country of birth/residence (norway) multiple times, and im not sure how they could have missed it. ive read a bunch of different discourses on this topic but im still torn on what to do. some people say to just wait it out since the info on the NOA doesnt necessarily matter, but some are also saying to call. yet some arent even getting a reply. im not sure what to do since im having an issue with both my name and country of birth being wrong. im just anxious about it and going back and forth between calling or just letting it be until we get any other mails. please help.
