  1. Amen oooo the wait is something else
  2. Thank you so much for your response. I really do appreciate. Hearty Congratulations on your success on all fronts. I can’t wait to achieve the milestone
  3. I really do appreciate your very prompt response. I did not transfer. It’s always been London. I sincerely look forward to its completion. I read earlier on this thread that some DQed in February and march have been invited but must confess don’t really know. Really appreciate all you do.
  4. Yes it’s for London Consulate. I live in the UK but was born in Nigeria
  5. @appleblossom Greetings. I am sorry to bother you but am really worried and wondering what could be responsible for the delays I have experienced. I applied for EB2-NIW on 13 September 2023 and with PP got approved on 18 September and DQed May 2024. With the last Bulletin it became current. However on January 8 2024 I applied for EB1A and did not get approved until December 31 2024 (1 year). I was DQed on February 28 2025 and my PD is September 13 2023 owing to my earlier EB2 application. I am yet to receive IL and have noted some who got DQed in march have received theirs. I hope my case has not been forgotten. It’s confusing kindly please help
  6. I really appreciate your very prompt response and explanation. Will look ahead positively to receive the invitation letter.
  7. Hi Hearty Congratulations on your recent success. I look forward to joining you in this category. So sorry to bother you. I just signed up in my bid to get information about wait times at the London Embassy. I had made some earlier mistakes as per decisions on what to do and don’t want to anymore. My timeline is as follows; Priority Date September 2023 because of an earlier EB2 approval EB1 (I-140) - 8 January 2024 EB1 (I-140) - 31 December 2024 (Approved) Normal Processing DQ - 7 March 2025 When do you think I will get invitation Letter? Also what are the steps to do including Medical’s and the interview and fees to pay. There are 5 of us in the family. I read in one of your responses we have to take some documents to the embassy on the day of the Medical’s. What documents? Photocopies or originals? When and how do we schedule the Medical’s? Do we receive the medical report and take it to the embassy? Am so sorry I have asked a lot of questions. Am just worried and want to be prepared. Thank you in anticipation of your very prompt and favorable response.
