Does anyone know why it might be taking longer to be DQd? I was RFE on birth certificate which i arrived NVC May 6th and still awaiting DQ. I filled out the public enquiry form last week and they responded few days later with a generic response to either make payment for DS260, submit documents, or continue waiting if all documents has been submitted. Any insights or advice on what to do next would be appreciated.

Yeah, that's not the case. Our first EB application (EB2-NIW) was a year ago and got rejected, so applied for EB1A this month. She has been on F1 prior to all of these EB applications. Thanks for your guidance

Thanks this is clear now. She has been on F1 for close to 3years now. She keeps re-applying to schools whenever she is about to run out of OPT. Thank you 🙏 Quite positive now with your experience.

@appleblossom Do you think my wife will face any issues at the point of entry into the U.S. when we receive our green card visas, considering she traveled abroad for NVC processing while holding a valid F-1 visa (valid until December 2025)? If there are no potential issues, I would like to start planning her trip to London once we have the medical and interview dates confirmed.

Hi All, I need some guidance. My EB1A got approved 24/03/2025 and awaiting NVC email. I live in London and my wife is a student on F1 visa in the USA. I need advice on how we both navigate the adjustment of status process respectively as I intend to remain in London cos of my job to go through the NVC consular process and she remains in USA to continue her education. Your advise is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
