    I had a similar problem but what happened is that before I was entering in NA for the Last Name in the Status Tracker but after the K-1 FTP, the actual last name was required by the Status Tracker. Not sure if it's the same issue for you but I would try all the permutations on the status form.

    Hello, Our case was approved by USCIS on December 16th, 2025 and the sent to the Department of State on February 18th. The NVC has still not processed the case as of yet. I've submitted a couple of inquiries, the first one said they haven't received our case. They told us to email NVCResearch with our approval notice, that inquiry told us that they received our case but they have not added it into their systems yet. I've submitted a third inquiry on March 26th, but have not received a response yet. My fiancé and I are concerned because the NOA2 approval notice has an expiration date. Will the expiration date be a problem if there are further delays? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.

    Has anyone had their approved application sent to the NVC? USCIS said they sent it to the Department of State on February 18th but NVC has not processed the approval.

    Case was approved on December 16th after the RFIE!

    Looks like USCIS picked up the mail from the box yesterday, do you know how long before I should see and update online?

    It's odd though. They want the RFE reply to go to the TSC and not back to the CSC?

    Oh my god. It's because I didn't check the box "No" regarding the following question... "Did you meet your Fiance(e) or spouse through the services of an International Marriage Broker (IMB)?"

    Received a Request for Initial Evidence status today on my April 1st application...not sure why...I sent photos, statements, documents, history of conversations

    Thanks for your reply! India, we want to spend Diwali together in October and the K-1 likely won't be completed till then and my work won't let me make another trip to India as I've already been 3 times this year so we were pursuing a B1/B2 so that she could potentially visit.

    Hello, My fiancé lives in a country that cannot travel freely to the United States. I see the threads about it being okay to visit but I wanted to ask if people had an experience in the past of applying for a B-1 Travel Visa while the K-1 Application is pending. Is this possible? Will this have any negative impact on the K-1 if the B-1 is rejected? Thank you.
