We'd need more info - which relative petitioned you, who 'we' is, your age, your Priority Date, etc. Post again in the main forums with lots more details and hopefully somebody can help. Also, if you were denied on 18th July then have you had the denial notice now? If so, post that too (redacting any personal info).

No no Sir the case not approved My uncle submited a case i 130 alien relative since 2011 but still we are waiting to approve i recently check status but that is showing case migrated To Elis since 31-may-2024 So my question is i am eligible for this case aur not because my age now 26 Year
