Hi all, So got confirmation that are case has now been transferred to the DOS, so this exciting news but now another waiting game begins. Not sure what my next step is but I guess I should find out shortly from the DOS.

Where would I check that at? I log into the USCIS and it only states that the case approved, and on April they approved Form I-129F, and that they will mail something with instructions, nothing else. Is there another website I can check to see the status through the DOS or NVC?

Hello, Congratulations first thing! We are still waiting, we were approved on April 2, 2025, going on 2 months with waiting on it being transferred to NVC, wondering if there is anything I can do, how long did it take for your file to be sent to NVC? As well, what do you mean about making sure to send an inquiry 2 weeks after the submission date, do you mean after it has been approved by USCIS or after it's been received by NVC? Thank you and hoping your next part goes quickly and smoothly.

Hoping you hear something soon, the dates keep changing on the 3rd app, now it's stating May 8 - May 9th, the only thing we have is to wait. Please do let us know once your case has arrived at the NVC Good luck!

Oh Jeez, that's horrible, I am so sorry, I would suggest you keep calling USCIS and insist they look at your file. From the site that I have there is 24 Cases still pending for review. By this month they should have started to review your case. Good luck, patience is the key to all this, the next steps after being approved or not becomes another huge hurtle to overcome, but at the end it will be worth it.

Hello, we have been approved now for 2 weeks, the only thing I received was a letter in the mail stating that our case was approved and the next steps. I do keep track on the site that we aren't supposed to mention, and they give me a timeline that between May 6 - May 8, our case should be sent to NVC, not sure how accurate that is but I'm thinking your case should be going this week coming or the next. Good luck and please let us know if you've made it to DOS/NVC.

Hi all, our application was received on July 11th and today we got the "Approval" super excited for the next step and wish you all good luck and to get that Approval, cheering for you all!

We are on July 11th and haven't heard anything either, crossing my fingers that sooner then later we could hear something. I am on this app that states we are 777 position, not sure how true that is but it states that between April 3rd - May 8th we should most likely hear something, again not sure how true that is, so if your July 9th, you should definitely hear something soon (fingers crossed)

Hi all, A third app I use, not sure how accurate it is, is now giving me an estimate time of April 2nd to May 7th, stating that I should hear something then, but then again, the same app told me I should have heard something between Nov 2024 - Jan. 2025. Has anyone else heard anything new?

We are July 11th, 2024 and have not heard anything. I've called in January at least once a month and the rep tells me everything is being processed accordingly. The only thing is just to be patient. Hoping more couples get some type of news coming these weeks.
