  1. Hi y’all, Yesterday I finally got reunited with my fiancé (yay!) The poe was Washington DC, while the process smooth and calm (especially since there was really no line) But here comes the issue, while I was waiting for my connecting flight I checked CBP link to make sure my I-94 was entered. Which it was but it showed December 3 instead of March 3. My stamp in the passport definitely shows 3/3/2026. So my fiancé and I decided to visit the closest Deferred Inspection Site since they only accept visits. While we were gathering the evidence we went to the website instead of the CBP link app. Where we found out that on the website it does show the correct I-94 entry date. We are still going tomorrow to make sure there will arise no issues, but I was just wondering if anyone else dealt with this before? Thanks!
  2. I had my interview last Thursday and got an email this morning that my passport will get delivered tomorrow by UPS. Wishing you a speedy process!
  3. Sounds like a good plan. This process made me realize you could never be over prepared! They didn't even ask for most of the paperwork I took with me, and it's way more laid back than you can imagine! Make her arrive early, I was the first one that day and was out in like 1H/1H 30M. Wish you both lots of good luck, fingers crossed
  4. We were told there on the spot, I don't know why.. but at least it seemed resolved the same day we sent the consulate the email. Haven't really heard anyone else about it, especially since we do not have any health issues and are both in our 20s. Just be prepared to be able to have an answer on insurance, because I personally didn't. The CO only asked 2 questions about our relationship, which were only when we first met and how we met each other.
  5. Thank you so much y'all! We got the "approved" status on CEAC after submitting a carefully written email with a plan attached in PDF earlier this morning. My fiance and I are totally over the moon 🥰
  6. Thank you so much for the response! It was/is kind of vague for us, does that mean they want a screenshot of a insurance plan we can afford?
  7. Hi y'all, today I had my interview. Everything seemed to be going well, the consulate kept my passport but told me that me and my fiance need to look for a health insurance plan for the beneficiary. With the received email stating "Please email us a prospective private health insurance plan for the BEN" I was wondering if anyone had the same experience and how long it took for them to get solved? CO told me we don't have to buy anything but look for one. Does that mean sending them an insurance plan that fits us will be enough? Thank you so much for all the help
  8. Hi y'all, Last Friday our case changed to "READY" so this weekend I worked on and filled for the DS160, when emailing the embassy (Frankfurt) I added my DS160 confirmation page as well as my NOA2. This morning they replied back to me saying they did not receive my case from the NVC yet even though the case on ceac says "READY" So I was wondering what the best course of action may be here? Thank you so much in advance
  9. Yay! Congrats, I know the feeling, enjoy and hope you both are able to reunite soon. Thank you so much, I wish you both the same. I be celebrating with you both!!
  10. UPDATE: We actually got our case number through an inquiry today, so make sure to keep sending them. Since our days are so close to each other you must be getting yours soon. I am praying for you and your fiance(e) to have a smooth process from here on!
  11. We got our NOA2 October 15 and are still waiting for a case number. We been sending inquiries weekly ever since our case went from "approved" to "Sent to DOS" only earlier this week they finally said they got our case at the NVC. There is no point in sending Inquiries until the status actually changes to "sent to DOS" Hope y'all get a case number very soon! I wonder if we are maybe just unlucky since I have seen people with later NOA2 dates get their case number already
  12. We actually have been waiting for almost 60 days here too, we are really praying to be hopefully at least sent to the NVC this year. We already sent an inquiry after 30 days, but sadly like all of this process lot of waiting and lot of uncertainty. Wishing you and your fiance a speedy process through all of this!
