My dear colleagues, my us citizen child filed I 485 and I 130 concurrently for us her both parents. we sent all neccessary documents. we got EAD and social security, months after my wife got her green card, mine was not sent. I received REQUEST FOR EVIDENCE on my I 130 that. I should submit our marriage certificate issued with seal and duly signed. submit evidence that I and my daughter had a valid parent-child relationship before my child turned 18. 5 days after I got another message on both I 485 and I 130, that my case is being actively reviewed, and that their records show that, I dont have any thing outstanding with them. This is confusing what can I do please help. Thank you.
