    I would advise that you should file the CR-1 Visa instead of K-3, so you can be able to work immediately and avoid the hassle of filing the EAD and AOS. It will take a little bit of time this will benefit you rather than sitting at home when you come to the US for almost a year waiting for the AOS to be approved and EAD to arrived.

  10. Actually, instead of removing condition, apply citizenship under 319 b, since you will be joining your husband overseas under government orders.. Search forums related to 319 b..

    You can have expedited naturalization while overseas.

    In Dallas, i had the same day interview and oath.. the interview is done by 9am and the oath is at 2:30pm same day... I didnt know San Antonio is different.
